Grey Hair?!
How on earth did I get a grey hair? I’m no where near old enough. Or wise enough!
Tim and I were out in the garden and as the sun was catching the hair that fell out of my hair clip, I noticed it. Shiny, coarse, and bright….I found my first grey hair.
I can do one of three things about it…
1. Grow grey gracefully and embrace the grey
2. Pluck, pluck, pluck
3. Dye it, baby
Tim says he doesn’t want me to dye my hair because he likes my hair the way it is, but I don’t know if I can like it grey! And if I pluck every grey hair I ever get…well, don’t they say that for every grey you pluck, two more grow in it’s place?

I keep finding this weird, silver hair right in the front top of my head. Every few months I’ll see it and it’s about 4″ long and I wonder how I didn’t notice it all the time it took to regrow. I pluck it when I see it. But it’s not grey, it’s this weird BRIGHT pure clear silver color – almost like fishing line. It’s really odd.
But I’ve been finding that one for over a year now so…yeah…mid-30’s. 🙁
Bleh. I don’t want to get old!!!
hi. i’m a month shy of thirty and i have SIX grey hairs. SIX.
**buys another box of black dye**
LOL Yeah. Tim might come back from training to find out I’ve dyed my hair!
I’ve had grey (actually more like silver, or chrome as my hubby says) hairs since my early 20s. Others pluck them from my head when they see them (yes, seriously, ugh) because it bothers them. But, it’s a part of life, and so I actually don’t mind it at all.
I don’t have enough hair to pluck, mine is really thin!!
goooo for it! hair dye is fun. 😛
Unfortunately I’ve a lot of grey hair and having a scalp condition meant I couldn’t (or wouldn’t) really use hair dye. I think it runs in my family cos my paternal grandmother started having grey hair in her 30s.
*I’ve been naughty and keep plucking the short ones that stick out! :/
